- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Proven experience in sales/ insurance/ finance/ bank is helpful
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are also helpful
- Excellent organizational skills for managing time efficiently during busy periods
- Customer service expertise combined with phone etiquette for remote inquiries
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing sales targets
