Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining professionalism. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Clover. The Server will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Clover
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set before and after service
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods




- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently
- Run the dishwasher when needed

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order management
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
