This role is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a relaxed, professional workplace where you'll genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Approximately 15–20 hours per week . Hours are somewhat flexible depending on the schedule, and some shifts may finish as early as 6:00 PM.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting clients with a warm, friendly smile
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Processing payments and managing the front desk
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and relaxing clinic environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has outstanding customer service skills
- Is reliable, punctual,
and dependable
- Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Is organized and able to multitask
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience would also be considered an asset, as maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic is an important part of the role.
