Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in different site conditions.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Pushing of a wheel barrow and raking of gravel
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing activities.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to and over 50 pounds)



and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must have a Class 5 Drivers License, class 3 is a bonus.
- Must have transportation to and from shop
- Start time 6:30am-7:00am.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
