Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and attentive Servers to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts




- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures, including food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for billing, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance
- Guest services orientation with a focus on hospitality excellence

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.35-$18.00 per hour
