T&C; Automotive is a busy, growing independent repair facility in Alliston, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and working alongside a great team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and honestly
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Create and close repair orders accurately
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient operation from vehicle drop-off to pick-up

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop




- Professional, positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience using shop management software is considered an asset
- Valid G driver's licence
