Position Summary

We are looking for skilled and motivated barbers who are eager to elevate their careers in a high-end setting. As a member of the Torque and Trim team, you will provide exceptional grooming services, engage clients with personalized consultations, and collaborate with spa professionals to offer comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, and traditional hot towel shaves tailored to individual client needs.

Actively promote spa services and retail products to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Participate in proprietary training sessions to enhance skills and meet Torque and Trim’s high standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering and client service (minimum 2 years preferred).

A strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.





Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-end environment.

Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Experience in aesthetic services including pedicure/manicure, facials, scalp massages is an asset.
