The position of educator carries responsibilities towards the child, the family, the Center, as well as the profession.
The job description of the educator requires patience, compassion, responsibility, robust organizational skills, and a good understanding of early childhood. the educator is responsible for watching children, designing creative activities to entertain children and aid in their intellectual development, and encouraging positive interactions among children at the daycare center.
