Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into our location and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with all of their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended services in a professional, honest manner.
- Schedule appointments and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional service experience.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive Service Advisor or Front Counter experience is preferred.
- Experience in the tire and automotive service industry is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
