We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Paint Sales Associate who enjoys helping people, has an eye for colour and design, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Help customers choose paint colours, finishes, and products for their projects.
- Mix and colour match paint accurately.
- Recommend complementary products to help customers complete their projects.
- Create attractive paint and décor displays.
- Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory.
- Process special orders and follow up with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe department.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Support store promotions and seasonal merchandising.
- Operate the cash register and assist in other departments when required.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for customer service and helping people.
- Paint, decorating, or home improvement experience is an asset but we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn products quickly and confidently make recommendations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible to work weekdays and occasional weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Safely move merchandise throughout the store.
