Employment Type: Part time

Compensation: $25–$30/hour (based on experience) + overtime as required

Schedule: Weekdays & Saturdays as needed— 4-8 hour shifts (weather and workload may affect

hours)

What You’ll Do

- Safely operate a Class 3 single axle dump truck to deliver landscape and construction materials to residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
- Load, secure, tarp and unload materials according to safety and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
- Follow all company safety policies, NSC/Safety Fitness compliance procedures, and Alberta hours-of-service requirements.

What You Need

- Valid Alberta Class 3 driver’s licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement.
- Clean driver’s abstract (required at hire).




- Commercial driving experience 3+ years
- Reliable and punctual with a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to work weekdays & weekends; overtime as needed.
- Comfortable operating in varying weather and site conditions.
- Customer service orientation and clear communication skills.

Assets Preferred

- Experience with residential and commercial deliveries.
- Previous landscape or aggregate delivery experience.

Safety & Compliance

- Participate in company-provided safety training.
- Adhere to all Alberta Occupational Health & Safety and National Safety Code standards.
- Comply with Safety Fitness Certificate (SFC) related reporting, records, and documentation expectations required of commercial carriers.
- Maintain logs, inspection reports, and required compliance records.
