Position details:
- Greet patients immediately in a courteous and friendly demeanor while building rapport with patients.
- Take accurate information from calls received (i.e. book appointments) where required and transfer information or calls with speed and efficiency.
- Checking out patients and processing insurance claims
- Update electronic records, and patient files using our optical software (Revolution)
- Answer phone calls, emails and texts - addressing patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, third party billing and financial records and database as assigned.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Participate in personal and team development training and initiatives including staff meetings, continuing education and conferences.
- Able to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
- Motivated to learn new skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist, or administrative assistant.
- Organized, flexible, and able to meet changing work needs and demands.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
