Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Setup and Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications for bending operations.
- Program CNC press brake machines using CAD/CAM software or manual input to achieve desired angles and dimensions.
- Set up press brake equipment by installing tooling, adjusting machine settings, and calibrating controls for each job.
- Operate CNC press brakes safely while maintaining high standards of quality and precision in every bend.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records, report any discrepancies,



and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, and machining processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages and software such as CAD/CAM systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, and measurement devices accurately for quality inspection.
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, angles, and material requirements.
- Mechanical knowledge of related equipment including CNC laser cutting machines, plasma cutters, CNC lathes, milling machines, welding tools, forklifts, cranes, and other manufacturing machinery is a plus.
- Valid certifications or experience in forklift operation and crane handling preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
