Job Summary

Burger Theory is all about great burgers, cold drinks, and a lively atmosphere—and we’re looking for a strong server to join our evening team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high-energy, welcoming experience every shift
- Make every guest feel like a regular—even on their first visit
- Stay sharp, organized, and service-focused in a busy environment

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume casual restaurant or bar (hotel experience is a strong asset)
- Confident beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge - knows how to upsell
- An outgoing, upbeat personality—you’re someone who naturally engages with guests
- The ability to work both independently (must be comfortable managing busy dining room and bar solo) and as part of a tight-knit team
- A calm, focused approach under pressure - must be able to handle high-volume service
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada




- Available Sunday to Wednesday 4:00pm to 11:00pm & past September 2026.

Compensation

- Expected Wage: $19.00 per hour
