We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team at our hotel. The primary responsibility of this role is to transport hotel guests to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of shuttle driving experience, be fluent in English, and preferably possess customer-facing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from the airport in accordance with scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle at all times, including regular interior and exterior cleaning.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a qualified manner.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout interactions with guests.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff to coordinate shuttle schedules and any special guest requests.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shuttle driving or a similar role.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evening shifts as required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds.
