Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-informed naturopathic care to patients, utilizing a holistic approach to support health, wellness, and disease prevention. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on patient-centered care and health education. The Naturopathic Doctor will work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, health concerns, lifestyle factors, and physical examinations.
- Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-informed naturopathic principles.
- Provide naturopathic therapies and recommendations, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, supplementation, botanical medicine, and other therapies within scope of practice.
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and other lifestyle modifications to support optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve health goals.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare practitioners, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.




- Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment for patients and staff.

Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- Specialization in Women's Health, Hormonal Issues and Infertility
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic medicine, clinical nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, motivate, and support patients.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that address complex health concerns holistically.
- Professionalism and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in healthcare practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Previous experience using Jane App is considered an asset.
- Current registration and valuable standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body is required.
- A reliable mode of transportation is required.

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
