The Job: Window Cleaning Technician
You'll represent ShineWorks for homeowners and businesses across Barrie and Simcoe County, doing hands on cleaning work to a high standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Washing windows inside and out using proper tools and technique
- Cleaning and detailing screens
- Scrubbing window tracks
- Clearing and cleaning gutters
Other responsibilities
Small things matter just as much as the big ones.
- Keeping your rags and towels clean each week
- Keeping the company van tidy and presentable
- Showing up on time and prepared for weekly team meetings
- Supporting your Lead and teammates so jobs run smoothly
- Owning the small details that shape how clients see the brand

Pay and earning potential
- $20 per hour guaranteed base pay
- Commission on top for strong performers
- Example: technicians who work efficiently, give great service, and sell add ons often earn the equivalent of $30 to $35 per hour on commission jobs
- Keep 100% of tips from clients
