Duties

- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, including billing, reservations, and revenue reports
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine property inspections to ensure safety and security
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial transactions




- Collaborate with front desk staff and management to resolve issues swiftly and maintain seamless operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles will be an asset
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel operations is desirable
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a lively hospitality environment
