Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, actively listening to their needs and offering expert advice on hair care products and services
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, processing payments,



and maintaining client records
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth

Experience

- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or stylist in a busy salon environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper tool sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain styling options and product recommendations
- Experience in retail sales or upselling hair care products is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a friendly, qualified demeanor

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
