Qualifications & Background To ensure superior standards, applicants must possess direct professional experience in at least one of the following domains:

- Veterinary Services: Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, or Front Desk Support
- Animal Behavior & Training: Certified Trainers, Behaviorists, or Animal Psychologists
- Grooming & Boarding: Qualified Groomers, Kennel Attendants, or Retail Pet Specialists
- Animal Welfare: Rescue Volunteers, Shelter Staff, or Dedicated Fosters
- Established Pet Sitters: Minimum of 2 consecutive years of commercial pet care service

Please note: Casual hobbyist pet sitting or personal pet ownership does not satisfy our minimum professional requirement.

Core Requirements

- Minimum age of 19 and legally authorized to work in Canada.




- At least 2 years of verifiable industry experience (for candidates relying solely on pet sitting background).
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse animal temperaments safely and attentively.
- Prompt, professional client communication skills.
- Capacity to offer one or more core services: In-home Boarding, Drop-in Visits, Dog Walking, or House Sitting.
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards and client trust.
