**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description**
Join a dedicated team in a heavy industrial environment, specializing in the maintenance and repair of various equipment vital to wire product manufacturing.

Your expertise will contribute to producing a diverse range of industrial and construction products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair overhead cranes, gas furnaces, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, gear reducers, and conveyors.
+ Follow a preventative maintenance schedule, focusing on mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
+ Perform minor welding tasks as necessary.
+ Complete necessary paperwork for specific projects, including project codes and parts used.
+ Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and using provided personal protective equipment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Red Seal Millwright certification.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment.
+ Proficiency in repairing overhead cranes, gas furnaces, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, gear reducers, and conveyors.
+ Ability to work in challenging conditions, such as greasy, dirty, and sometimes hot environments.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in steel manufacturing is advantageous.
+ 5+ years of experience in a heavy industrial environment is preferred.
+ Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and develop.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily inside a large facility that may be dusty, greasy, and grimy, with a cleaner and organized maintenance shop.

PPE, including glasses, ear plugs, hard hats, coveralls, gloves, and respirators, is provided.

The current shift is Monday to Friday, with potential for other shifts based on seniority.

The pay range for this position is $46.82 - $46.82/hr.
