Mai Thai Cuisine is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, love providing excellent hospitality, and have a passion for food, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, washroom area.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.




- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help with opening or closing duties.

Requirements

- Previous serving or restaurant experience is an asset
- Have valuable customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge in Thai food is a plus
- French is required.
