This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, supporting staff, and ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an organized, approachable, and motivated leader who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running efficiently. You take pride in creating a positive customer experience and understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and consistency. You’re comfortable stepping in to guide staff, problem-solve on the floor, and lead by example.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily front-store operations and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for both customers and staff. This role requires flexibility to support store operations across day, evening, and weekend shifts.Key Responsibilities Include:

- Supporting and guiding staff during shifts
- Assisting with scheduling and daily task assignments
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues as they arise
- Overseeing cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and store standards




- Assisting with receiving freight and stocking merchandise
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Helping reinforce policies, procedures, and consistent store practices

YOU BRING

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Retail experience, with supervisory or key-holder experience preferred
- A customer-focused, team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
