Help Bring Extraordinary Charitable Lottery Programs to Life
Do you love bringing order to complexity? Are you the person who naturally keeps projects moving, spots the details others miss, and enjoys working with a wide variety of people to make great things happen?
If you're energized by coordinating multiple moving pieces, building strong relationships, and seeing projects through from idea to execution, we'd love to meet you.
At Asher, we help some of North America's most recognized charities raise millions of dollars through innovative charitable lottery programs. As a Program Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in bringing these programs to life.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike. You'll be involved in every stage of lottery delivery, working closely with internal specialists, clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure every program is executed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.

Where You'll Work
We're open to finding the right person in Saskatoon, Calgary, or Edmonton. While your primary work location will be based in one of these cities, this role includes some travel to connect with colleagues and support our lottery programs. This may include travel between Saskatoon, Calgary, and Edmonton, visits to Asher's head office in Saskatoon,
and travel to client lottery locations and events in other communities. It's an opportunity to build relationships across the team, work directly with our clients and partners, and see the programs you help coordinate come to life.
