Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant/Housekeeping Staff to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming workplace for all guests. Previous experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and attention to detail.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with laundry services when required




- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
