We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QC Electrical professional to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of electrical components and assemblies through rigorous inspection, testing, and analysis. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of quality management, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold the integrity of our products. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections of electrical parts and assemblies using precision tools such as calipers and multimeters
- Perform detailed quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends or deviations that require corrective actions
- Utilize analysis skills to troubleshoot issues during manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation
- Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in audits, process reviews,
and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of measurement instruments to ensure measurement accuracy during inspections
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing environments, especially in electrical or electronic product testing
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality assurance protocols (QA/QC)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to electrical components or assemblies
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, multimeters, and other inspection equipment
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of issues
- Knowledge of industry standards for electrical safety and product compliance is a plus
- Ability to work meticulously while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced production setting

Pay: $59.00-$75.00 per hour
