We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Kitchen Manager/Cook. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- General supervision and scheduling of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.




- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is required
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Skills in cooking, meal preparation, and inventory and kitchen management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
