Job Summary

Visture Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential construction projects from handoff through closeout. This role is for someone who can coordinate customers, schedules, budgets, trades and field teams while keeping projects moving, profitable and well communicated.

What you'll own

- Customer communication, scope, schedule and project commitments
- Current project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts and margin awareness
- Procurement, subcontractors, permits, selections and project readiness
- Two-week lookaheads, milestone dates and early identification of delays
- Change orders, extra work, documentation and billing support
- Coordination with Team Leads and the Construction Manager to keep field work productive
- Quality, deficiencies, punch lists, handover and project closeout
- Early escalation and corrective action when cost, schedule or quality begins to drift

- Projects are ready before crews are committed
- Schedules and budgets reflect current reality
- Problems are identified early instead of becoming emergencies
- Changes are documented and recovered
- Customers receive clear, proactive communication
- Projects close with fewer deficiencies, warranty issues and concessions

What we're looking for

- Residential construction project-management experience
- Ability to manage several active projects at once




- Strong scheduling, budgeting and job-costing discipline
- Experience coordinating trades, suppliers and field teams
- Confidence dealing directly with customers and difficult project issues
- Strong organization, documentation and follow-through
- Comfort with construction-management software and digital reporting
- A practical field understanding of how residential projects are actually built

Pay: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
