Classic Autographics is looking for an experienced Production Manager to help lead our vehicle graphics and sign production operation.

We’re looking for someone who already knows this industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vehicle wraps and graphics, wide-format printing, sign-shop production, Adobe Illustrator, and managing a production team.

This is not an entry-level management position. We need someone who can step into a busy production environment, understand the workflow, organize the team, maintain quality, and keep jobs moving.

Required Experience

Applicants must have:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with vehicle graphics, wide-format printing, sign production, or a closely related graphics-production environment
- Experience managing or leading people in a production environment
- A solid understanding of how artwork moves from design/file preparation through printing, finishing, and installation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience with SAi Flexi / Flexi Design is a strong asset.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Managing the day-to-day production schedule and workflow
- Coordinating vehicle graphics, wraps, signage, printing, finishing, and installation
- Managing and supporting production and installation staff
- Prioritizing jobs and keeping projects on schedule
- Reviewing and working with production files in Adobe Illustrator
- Using or working with Flexi Design as part of the production workflow
- Understanding wide-format print production from file to finished product




- Maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy
- Catching problems before they become expensive mistakes
- Coordinating with sales/design staff so jobs move smoothly into production
- Managing materials, supplies, and production needs
- Keeping the production area organized, productive, and professional
- Troubleshooting production and installation issues
- Jumping in and helping the team when necessary

Industry Knowledge We're Looking For

Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with several or all of the following:

- Vehicle wraps and vehicle graphics
- Commercial fleet graphics
- Wide-format digital printing
- Vinyl cutting, laminating, mounting, and finishing
- Sign-shop production
- Adobe Illustrator
- Flexi Design / SAi Flexi
- Production scheduling and workflow management
- Supervising a production/install team
- Quality control and troubleshooting

If your management experience is from an unrelated industry and you have no hands-on understanding of vehicle graphics, wide-format printing, Adobe Illustrator, wraps, or sign production, this position is probably not the right fit.

We're looking for somebody who understands the terminology, equipment, files, materials, and workflow involved in producing skilled graphics.
