- Managing Patient Watch Guards: The SPM will be responsible for overseeing all patient watch employees, which includes full-time, part-time, and casual employees.
- Training: The SPM will conduct or coordinate the 8-hour training program for newly onboarded guards, ensuring they are knowledgeable in procedures, regulations
- Supervision & Support: The SPM will provide daily management and support to all guards in their portfolio, ensuring proper scheduling, compliance with security protocols, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Coordination with Other Operational Stakeholders: The SPM will liaise with other divisions of the security team including Operations, CSM’s,
PRC’s and scheduling to ensure seamless operations, particularly when extra coverage or specific protocols are required for specific high profile properties
- Oversight of Extra Coverage: The SPM will oversee the extra coverage shifts dedicated to their portfolio
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in security management
- Experience in training staff, creating and managing training programs.
- Robust interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws
