We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transportation Compliance Admin Assistant to join our team. This vital role supports our operations by managing administrative tasks related to transportation compliance, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining compliance documentation for transportation operations
- Support the front desk by answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and providing excellent customer support
- Organize and file transportation documents accurately, including filing physical and electronic records
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely submission of required paperwork
- Perform general clerical duties such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Managing drivers files and updating as required.
- New driver application and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with transportation or logistics operations is advantageous
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading documents for errors
