Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work with team to prep and execute weddings and golf tournaments
- Flexible schedule a must to accommodate events
- Primary focus will be on cold kitchen / pastry

Cook Qualifications/Skills:

- Experience is preferred
- Capable and reliable
- Strong cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge, or the willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude
