Warehouse Associate/General Labour, Mount Forest, ON

- Position Type: Temp to Perm, Ongoing, full time. (Strong possibilities to be hired permanently)

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, 7:30am–4:30pm,

We are seeking a trustworthy, driven, and highly dependable Warehouse Associate/General Labour to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, exceptionally trustworthy, has a superb attitude, and demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Begin in the warehouse, learning all aspects of picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trailers, and supporting day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Eventually transition to office responsibilities while remaining hands-on in the warehouse as required
- Work closely with the team and directly with management, learning from leadership and taking on increasing responsibility
- Become involved with management-level projects and decision-making
- Serve as a future lead and point person when management is away
- Participate in the Health & Safety Committee (no prior experience required)

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Exceptional trustworthiness and integrity—this is non-negotiable
- Quick learner and highly adaptable.
- Excellent computer skills required; (email etiquette, spreadsheets, WMS, MS Teams, etc.).
- Robust work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to “go where needed”.
- Desire to learn, grow, and ask thoughtful questions.
- Open to first aid and forklift certification (company will provide training and cover costs).
- Willingness to work on the warehouse floor daily as needed, not just in an office.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Forklift and/or first aid certification (can be obtained after hire)
- Experience with Syspro WMS or similar systems
