Duties:
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as cutting, and installing building materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Basic framing
- Install drywall
- Install Flooring
- Install trim & Moulding
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques including framing, finishing, and cabinetry
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Note: Experience with caulking, door hanging, minor plumbing and electrical or other specialized skills are a plus.

Pay is dependant on experience.
