MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients across Atlantic Canada and beyond. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB..

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or Paralegal diploma, or equivalent role-related education and experience

Past relevant experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant

Demonstrated customer service experience

Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of speed and accuracy

Proficiency and aptitude for working with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Case Management software

Proven ability to work independently,



take initiative and exercise sound judgement

Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Able to be adaptable, and adapt easily to change

Experience working in the field of personal injury law is an asset

Bilingual fluency in both English and French is an asset
