About AMIA Health

AMIA Health is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation organization providing assessment and treatment services across Victoria, Vancouver, the BC Interior, and Ontario.

Our team includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, registered psychologists, kinesiologists, and clinical counsellors. We treat adult and pediatric clients recovering from injury, illness, and developmental conditions, working closely with primary care providers and medical specialists throughout the course of care. Our practice is built on current evidence, careful clinical reasoning, and measurable functional outcomes for the people we treat.

Our Victoria location is co-located with Neuromotion, which extends our collaborative capacity across rehabilitation disciplines.

The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled, motivated Occupational Therapists to join our team on a contract basis.

This is a treatment focused role. You will carry a wide-ranging adult caseload, with the option to contribute to our pediatric program,



and you will follow clients through the full arc of rehabilitation rather than seeing them once. Depending on your interests and the needs of the caseload, your work may involve neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, activities of daily living retraining, graded functional and activity tolerance programs, community reintegration, return to work and return to school planning, home safety and equipment provision, and caregiver education.

You will work alongside psychologists, speech-language pathologists, kinesiologists, and clinical counsellors on shared clients. Cross-disciplinary consultation is a normal part of how we plan and adjust treatment.

Clinicians with research interests are welcome to contribute to our clinical research initiatives.

Pay: $97.00-$109.00 per hour
