Although this position is best suited for an Experienced Assistant Service Manager, we pride ourselves on being an incubator of dealership.





We will train you to take over a different dealership in the auto group as a service manager, if that’s your goal.

You will be provided the training and guidelines of what we need out of “your” advisor team, and you will roll out how you like.

We have so much growth and upside, it’s all opportunity, growth in wages, and a huge learning opportunity on how to build another dealership when you grow to the point of Service Manager for your own store down the road.

Now that you’ve made it this far, let’s talk about compensation for your time and expertise.

Wage: Base of $6500/month + Bonus + Commission

Bonuses: Besides loving where you work, we offer a full benefits package starting on day 1, relocation costs covered on us, paid holidays, and we pay you for going over and above with customers!

Commissions: Based on your performance and the advisors you lead!
