We are currently seeking individual’s to fill positions as our Field Installer Foremen:

As a foreman, your main goal is to lead crews of 2-4 installers to keep things running smoothly on site and ensure successful project completion. You’ll coordinate and manage tools and materials, ensure crewmembers are working safely, and be the face of our company on site.

You’re a leader through and through. You communicate openly and clearly with your crew to direct daily work, while keeping the big picture in mind. You’re respectful of others and strive to promote a positive work setting every day. You’re health and safety conscious, and understand the importance of leading by example to promote a culture of safety on site.

You also have significant experience working with hand and power tools, and equipment. Others often look to you for help, and you genuinely enjoy coaching your crew to help them do better work.

Physically Fit is a must, labor intensive position.

o Experience in: trades (carpentry, welding, electrical), construction, fabrication/manufacturing, equipment operation
o Experience as construction supervisor, crew leader, or foreman (for foreman position)




o Experience working outdoors in all seasons
o Experience working at heights
o Experience working with tools (hand, power) and heavy equipment
o Knowledge of electrical components (for work with automated gates) would be a major asset
o Basic welding experience would be a major asset
o Current or expired training (any combination of the following): CSTS, first aid & CPR, ground disturbance, skid steer, fall protection, aerial work platform, WHMIS, forklift training
o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, our insurance provider is very strict, must be clean for min 5 years and have had personal insurance for 5 years
o Knowledge working with wood, metal and, vinyl a major asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
