Position Summary

As the Team Member, you will be supporting daily operations. You will be responsible for helping guests pick a superfood and using your skills to create them. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, growth opportunities, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

- Foster a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a great work culture
- Strong work ethic
- Support daily store operations
- Maintain brand standards and store presentation
- Receive food and beverage orders and build bowls and smoothies in a fast paced environment
- Follow food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing
- Perform food preparation and service tasks
- Utilize POS system, operate cash register
- Adhere to company opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization




- Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff
- Take customer orders and assemble the orders
- Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory

Requirements

- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift or otherwise move 25-40 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to retrieve items from high and low shelving, the fridge/freezer, and under counters.
