Nous recherchons actuellement des baristas qualifiés où vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, en veillant à ce que notre vision soit respectée avec précision et excellence.

Responsabilités :

- Préparer et servir une variété de boissons chaudes et froides, y compris le café, le thé et les smoothies.

- Travailler en collaboration avec le manager pour la creation du menu boissons

- Maîtrise des techniques de latte art.

- Prendre les commandes des clients et les saisir avec précision dans la caisse enregistreuse.

Exigences :

- Expérience préalable au moins d un an en tant que Barista, et service a la clientele.

We are currently looking for skilled baristas where you will have the opportunity to work in a agile and collaborative environment, ensuring that our vision is met with precision and excellence.

Responsabilities :

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies

- Work in collaboration with the manager to create drinks menu and staff training.

- Mastery of latte art techniques.
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Taking orders to customers

Requirements :

- Prior experience of at least one year as a Barista and customer service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
