General Labourer Job DescriptionPosition: General LabourerJob Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of work areas.
- Assist with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Lift, carry, and transport heavy materials when required.
- Assemble, disassemble, or package products and materials.
- Report equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous labour or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.

Working Conditions

- Physically demanding role involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Indoor and/or outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
