Production Manager Kentville, NS Full Time | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operation and help drive safety, quality, productivity, and team performance.

In this role, you will lead Production Supervisors, Lead Hands, and frontline teams while ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading production operations and delivering daily results
- Developing supervisors and frontline leaders through coaching and accountability
- Driving productivity, schedule attainment, waste reduction, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and quality requirements
- Collaborating with Maintenance, QA, Sanitation, Supply Chain, and Shipping teams
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans when needed

Qualifications:

- Leadership experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment




- Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing production performance and operational metrics
- Knowledge of food safety and quality systems is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
