Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. You will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly, allowing our cooks and food service staff to focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep the kitchen area organized by properly storing clean dishes and utensils.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, helping cooks and chefs maintain workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen by disposing of waste properly.




- Support the kitchen team during peak hours by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality in food service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team or independently when necessary.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 40 pounds) as needed throughout shifts.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant's schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
