ROLE AT A GLANCE
The Property Maintenance / Handyman keeps Sims Properties’ residential and multi-family homes safe, clean, and presentable year-round — lawn maintenance, snow removal, interior cleaning, and a wide range of small repairs & installations.
COMPENSATION & HOURS
▸ $18 – $22 / hour (based on experience)
▸ Gas reimbursement (up to $200 / month)
▸ Minimum 32 hrs./week (~40 hrs. in practice)
▸ 5 days on, 2 days off · weekends required
▸ On-call for after-hour emergencies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
▸ Lawn-care & handyman experience (asset)
▸ Intermediate communication skills
▸ Valid driver’s licence & own vehicle
▸ Able to lift ~50 lbs, work outdoors
▸ Flexible for weekends & on-call duty
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Grounds & Lawn Care
▸ Mowing, edging, trimming & seasonal landscaping
▸ Fertilizing, weed control, general yard upkeep
▸ Common-area cleaning at multi-family properties
Winter Operations
▸ Snow removal from walkways, driveways, entrances
