Duties
- Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering style recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, stations, and work areas.
- Upsell additional services such as styling products or premium grooming packages to enhance client experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling retail sales.
- Ensure a smooth flow of clients by efficiently managing appointments and walk-ins during busy periods.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences and service history for personalized future visits.
