Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate multiple store teams to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development within your district, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise store managers by providing coaching, performance evaluations, and leadership development to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage budgets, inventory control,



and sales reporting to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to align district goals with overall company objectives and initiatives.

Skills

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple locations and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience supervising teams and developing talent.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, stakeholders, and corporate partners.
- Ability to analyze data for process improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated capacity for managing change in a dynamic environment while maintaining high team morale.
- Knowledge of operational best practices within retail or service industries is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
