Joanna Seidel MSW RSW & Toronto Family Therapy & Mediation is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Social Worker/Psychotherapist with a passion for working with children, individuals, and families and couples to join our team on either a full-time or part -time basis. The Therapist must have willingness to accept day-time clients and in person clients during the week as well as Evenings or Saturdays. Candidate must be willing to see clients out of our mid-town Toronto (Avenue & Lawrence) location as needed in addition to virtually from home office.

* Full-time caseload is dependent on your ability to develop long lasting relationship and your flexibility to see clients based on their needs.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must have graduated with a Master’s degree and be in good standing with The Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers, or The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. No Student's, practicum placements, or Qualifying please.

- At least 4-5 years of (post graduation) clinical experience.

- Experience working with young children, and families is a must.

-Experience working with children and adolescents

- Experience with Play Therapy or Drama Therapy or other modalities working with children is an asset .

- Experience with both individual and family therapy is preferred





-Experience/knowledge with separation and divorce an asset.

- Provide criminal background check

- Carry skilled liability insurance

Responsibilities include:

-Providing therapy to individuals, children and families

Pay: From $120.00 per hour
