Parallel is a Restaurant and Manufactory of Sesame butter (Tahini) located at the trendy Geary Avenue.

We are looking for bartenders with serving experience (Barissta knowlodge is a bonus)!

$17.60/hr. plus tips.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years working as bartender in a fast-paced setting
- 1+ years working as a barista is a bonus
- Open availability (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are a must)
- Able to engage with guests and talk about Parallel's products
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have serving experience
- Cocktail knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of specialty coffee
- Positive attitude and self motivation
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills




- Familiar with POS systems and payment terminals

Responsibilities

- Opening/Closing duties
- Bar/Restaurant set up
- Making cocktails and coffees
- Serving bar tables and supporting server on the floor
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness of storefront and patio
- Knowledge of food and bar beverages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
