We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tearista. If you have a passion for coffee, tea, and exceptional customer service, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and clear communication with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Prepare hot/cold tea and non-tea-based beverages following the company’s standard recipes, including customizing drinks to meet customer preferences.
- Prepare toppings and brew tea according to established recipes and procedures.
- Operate the POS system to process in-store, online, and delivery app orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including the bar area, floors, stockroom, and equipment, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Replenish stock and lift/store ingredients (up to 15 lbs) as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 2 year of customer service or tearista experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick learner with a passion for mastering new recipes and techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
