Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Millwright or Electrician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing our manufacturing and industrial operations. You will apply your mechanical and electrical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and improve plant equipment, contributing directly to operational excellence and safety standards.

Duties

- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and implement control solutions.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify potential failures before they occur.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Weld components as needed for repairs or modifications to machinery or structural elements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on low voltage electrical systems and industrial equipment.





Requirements

- Valid license as a Millwright or Electrician with proven experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring (including low voltage), schematics, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing environments with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Experience in industrial electrician roles or industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities is highly desirable.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
